SegnaStudio uses Pixieset to provide a secure, professional and practical way for clients to receive, view and download their images.
5. Gallery Access and Passwords
Some client galleries may be private, password-protected or restricted to specific users.
If you are given access to a private gallery, you are responsible for keeping any password or access link secure. Please do not share private gallery links or passwords without permission from the client or SegnaStudio.
SegnaStudio is not responsible for unauthorised access caused by clients or gallery users sharing private links or passwords publicly.
6. Image Use and Sharing
Images delivered through client galleries are intended for the agreed client use.
Depending on the service booked, images may be used for personal, business, marketing, website, social media, print or internal purposes. Usage rights will depend on the agreement between SegnaStudio and the client.
SegnaStudio may request permission to use selected images for portfolio, website, social media, marketing, case study or promotional purposes.
Where consent is required, SegnaStudio will seek permission before using images in this way. If you would prefer not to have your image used publicly, please contact SegnaStudio.
7. How Long We Keep Your Information
SegnaStudio will only keep personal information for as long as necessary.
Client galleries may be available for a limited time. Gallery expiry dates may vary depending on the type of shoot, project or package booked.
SegnaStudio may keep image files, project records and client communication for business, legal, tax, insurance, portfolio or archive purposes.

Once images are downloaded from a Pixieset gallery, the client or gallery user is responsible for how those files are stored, shared and used.
SegnaStudio recommends keeping downloaded images secure and only sharing them in line with the agreed usage rights and permissions.

SegnaStudio may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in services, legal requirements or the way client galleries are managed.
